FILE TYPES:
To minimise costs please try to submit print ready PDF or certified
PDF files (PDF-X1A). If you submit files which require
additional pre-press work we may need to charge extra.
NOTE! We do not accept the following file types:
bat, exe, cgi, php, phtml, php3, inc, shtml, pl, php4,
phtm, asp, asx
MAXIMUM FILE SIZE:
We accept file sizes up to a maximum of 20Mb.
However, even on a broadband connection this could take a considerable amount
of time to upload.
You can reduce your file sizes as follows:
- Use a file compression format such
as .zip, .tar, etc
- Delete unused layers from your files
(e.g. Photoshop, Quark, InDesign)
- Reduce your file resolution and size
to that required for printing (check with us if you are
unsure)
If you wish to upload multiple files with a combined
size of more than 20Mb please upload files in batches
by using this form more than once.
IMPORTANT!
Once you click on 'Upload Files' leave this browser window
open. Please wait until you receive a message
stating that your file(s) have been successfully uploaded. Do not attempt to upload more than 20Mb of data.
