This method of printing ensures highest
quality at least cost for most print run length other than
very short. We use a Hamada B452-1, full colour automated
offset press. It is a highly productive press with very
quick make-ready times. Plates are semi auto-loaded and
ink ducts are set automatically from computer data according
to the ink coverage required for each job. This press allows
us to be very competitively priced especially for short
to medium length runs of full colour work.
Our classic Heidelberg MO-E single colour SRA2 offset
press is a highly productive large format mono press allowing
very competitive pricing of long run mono work.
Our own design work is originated in QuarkXpress, Adobe
InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop. We
prefer to receive high resolution PDF files from our customers
but can accept files for print from designers or customers
in the above file formats and additionally as follows:
Pagemaker and MS Word on either PC or Mac, Microsoft Publisher
on PC.
Our finishing department comprises Polar 76EM programmable
guillotine. a Duplo System 5000 collate, stitch, fold and
trim line (for booklets and magazines), UFO folding machines,
Jud 720 perfect binder for softback books, magazines, reports
etc,
a Morgana auto-creaser
and a Morgana numbering and perforating machine.
